Crane Control

Small, compact and reliable – that was the specification we were asked to meet when we developed a mini control system for construction cranes. Apart from the power control, high-current switch and remote control circuits, all relevant control components are accommodated on a single board. The control module is mounted on a DIN rail and designed with standard connectors for quick and easy replacement. Software updates allow the existing functions to be modified and new ones added in a few simple steps.

With 12 galvanically isolated inputs, 12 potential-free outputs and a status display, this mini control system is also ideal for numerous other tasks. A special function for monitoring the ambient temperature and the mains voltage is integrated to ensure maximum operating reliability. It is moreover possible to implement partially redundant structures, which are verified by the internal logic.
