For it to exit the rear properly, it first has to enter the front efficiently and automatically. Optimum use of the loader wagon depends on the interplay of individual processes, from collecting, chopping and compacting material to transporting it in the load area ready for unloading.

Bucher Automation's System Solution

Besides the actual size of the vehicles, the automation of functions plays a key role. Adjustable automatic loading and unloading allows the controller to adapt to the mode of operation, thereby achieving maximum efficiency. Our software ensures the loader wagon can also be used simply and reliably as a silage trailer or combination trailer. Thanks to the integrated diagnostic function, the vehicle status can be checked at any time.

The entry-level HMI JVM-206 has a display that can be operated intuitively. The ISOBUS UT function enables the interfacing with Bucher Automation ISOBUS controllers. Communication takes place via the ISOBUS protocol.The controls are arranged to facilitate one-handed operation. By pairing a touch-sensitive display with a classic keyboard, the Bucher Automation HMI combines the tactile sensation of keys with state-of-the-art touch control.All ISOBUS virtual terminals are also available with neutral front foil making them universally applicable, C-programmable HMIs. The JVM-T35i is a full ISOBUS display that can be operated intuitively. With its ISOBUS functions that can be expanded via app, including the parallel drive option, it works with any ISOBUS controller. The ISOBUS functions UT, AUX-N, ISB, TECU and TC-BAS are integrated.The arrangement in the housing enables one-hand operation, making it particularly ergonomic. The integrated "Touch & Keys" concept combines the haptic and tactile advantages of key operation with the touch surface of the display. The rotary dial with integrated push button located in the handle lets the user change values quickly and safely, even on uneven terrain.

The JTM telemetry device is the universal component that prepares any mobile machine for the era of digitalization. Its rugged design and well-positioned wireless connectivity capabilities make it the perfect companion for monitoring and managing entire fleets of mobile machines. The device communicates wirelessly via LTE CAT-1 and WiFi or in the vehicle network via CAN and USB. In this way, it can be easily integrated into CAN networks of mobile machines.
